Phillip was instrumental in getting two excellent mortgage refinancing deals for me, one in 2005 and the other in 2008. He was knowledgeable, courteous, answered all of my questions, and had a great sense of humor throughout the deals. He had my best interests at heart, waited patiently to lock in the best mortagage rates for me rather than trying to make a quick buck for himself and his firm. I highly recommend Phillip for any mortgage needs you may have.
Phillip was simply perfect. He made everything work for us without pushing us into something that was beyond our means. It''s tough to go over you finances with someone, but Phillip made it all a breeze. He really knows his business and it shows when it is crunch time!

Phillip helped me and my husband though the entire mortgage process, answering all of those interminable questions (what the hell is title insurance insurance?) with aplomb. He made himself available more as the sale approached, but mostly did everything that we needed but didn't know, without us having to worry. Needless to say, we didn't get messed up in the subprime mortgage issues, and ended up with a mortgage that worked perfectly for our needs. Thanks Phillip.

I met Phillip when my clients, Brendan and John were looking for a house to purchase. I don't push mortgage brokers that I've used in the past onto my clients and am eager to work with new people in the industry.
In a sentence, I was impressed with Phillip from the very first phone call. He is organized and very thorough with his information. I like working with professionals that know what they are talking about and if they don't know, they tell you up front, but then follow-up (key word) very quickly with an answer from a reliable source.
Phillip is that type of mortgage broker. He's focused, detailed, hard-working, informative and on top of that, he's a very wonderful person to work with on a real estate transaction.

Phillip has successfully closed 4 loans for me and each time he has helped keep the process as painless as possible. His attention to detail was impeccable, communication was easy and everything was done on time.
The second time around I wanted some very specific terms and products. Phillip was able to get me exactly what I needed and in doing so, successfully sheltered me from the changing interest rates of the past year.

He was a patient and thorough guide through the difficult terrain of mortgage jargon. I think I may have been one of Phillip's first customers, but his hard work, honesty and ability to 'over deliver' when I really need it, made the CRAZY process of borrowing more than your worth for the first time....worth every last penny it in the end. Definately give him a call when you are in the market...or even just getting your feet wet.

Phillip worked with my partner and I for more than a year while we searched San Francisco for a house. He was always patient, and never tried to push us into a loan or signing something until we were ready. He was willing to run our credit and prospective scenarios before we had even made an offer on a place. There was never a time I couldn't ask Phillip a question or two, and his accessibility made him extremely easy to work with. If he didn't know the answer, he was always getting back to me in a timely manner. I know someday when we go through the house hunting process again, Phillip will be the person we call right after the Realtor!
Philip just helped us purchase out first home. He was frickin great! Detail oriented - which put me at ease, and he was easy to reach whenever needed - which put my husband at ease. Plus, he got us a killer rate - which never hurts...

I have been through seven property financings using internet discount brokers and full-service brokers. Philip provided excellent service, was incredibly responsive, and found excellent loan pricing. He even dealt with unexpected issues, such as a credit issue, quite well by offering alternatives. I would recommend Phillip highly.

Phillip did a fantastic job securing a mortgage for my wife and me and our four TIC partners here in San Francisco. Not only did he get us an awesome loan, he was available to all six people involved 24hrs a day answering every questions under the sun.
He also provided us with statistics and charts that summarized our loan options to make it as simple and as stress free as possible. Phillip is the man!
